Making a complaint form outage/issue

Due to a technical issue if you used the PMCPA 'Make a complaint form' on the PMCPA website between 21 December 2022 and 6 January 2023 your complaint will not have been received by the PMCPA and you will need to re submit your complaint.  This does not affect complaints submitted by email to complaints@pmcpa.org.uk. Measures have been put in place so that this issue does not reoccur. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
