Pilot limitation period policy extended

The pilot limitation period policy, which came into force on 1 June 2025, was due to expire on 30 June 2026.

With approval from the Code of Practice Appeal Board, the PMCPA has extended the policy until the outcome of a public consultation on proposed amendments to the Constitution and Procedure, which will take place later this year.
