Changes to PMCPA Case Reports

The PMCPA have made some changes to case reports particularly the summary section.

A new case summary has been introduced which is designed to provide readers with a brief summary of what the case is about and the Panel’s rulings including a table of the Clauses ruled to be in breach and not to be in breach of the Code. This change applies effective immediately to all future case reports.

It is important to note that the summary is not intended to be read in isolation and for full details the full case report should be read. We will continue to review our case reports and make any additional changes to improve their usability where possible.
