2014 Interactive Code launched. Updated guidance and advice documents published. Transfer of Value Disclosure Crib Notes published

The Interactive ABPI Code of Practice for the Pharmaceutical Industry 2014 is now available on the PMCPA website.
The PMCPA has also published Transfer of Value Disclosure Crib Notes to help pharmaceutical companies meet the disclosure requirements in the Code.
Other support publications including Guidance on Certification, Guidance on Clause 3, Digital Communications Guidance and the Quick Guides to the Code series have also been updated to reflect the 2014 Code.
